Cancellation Policy

We understand that clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, we ask for at least 24hours notice or 50% of the total treatment cost will automatically be charged at your next appointment.

For No-Show appointments, 100% of the full treatment cost will be charged as we are not able to offer this valuable time to another client at such short notice.

Considerable time goes into setting up for each treatment so your cooperation and understanding is much appreciated as cancellations and non-attended appointments cost our business valuable time and money.

Those clients that cancel on a regular basis or do not show may be asked to pay IN FULL prior to their next appointment, non-refundable in the event of another cancellation or no-show. This will be at the discretion of the salon owner.
