We understand that clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, we ask for at least 24 hours notice, or 50% of the total treatment cost will automatically be charged if we are unable to fill the cancelled time with another booking.
For No-Show appointments, 100% of the full treatment cost will be charged as we are not able to offer this valuable time to another client at such short notice.
Where pre-paid courses have been purchased, no-show or late cancellations will result in loss of the pre-paid session booked.
Considerable time goes into setting up for each treatment so your cooperation and understanding is much appreciated as cancellations and non-attended appointments cost our business valuable time and money.
Those clients that cancel on a regular basis or do not show may be asked to pay IN FULL prior to their next appointment, non-refundable in the event of another cancellation or no-show. This will be at the discretion of the salon owner.
