LED LIGHT THERAPY
LED Light Therapy is the application of low-level light to the skin. Safe and effective for all skin types and suitable year-round. It has numerous positive benefits to the skin.
LED Light Therapy will be incorporated into both our Pro Power Peel 60 and Pro Skin Ultimate treatments.
It can be selected as a stand-alone treatment and also be an “add on” to other skin services should you wish.
BENEFITS
Led light stimulates the skin’s biological responses, by absorbing the various wavelengths of light it energises the skin cells, optimising their performance. As the light works at a cellular level, it is able to penetrate deep into the skin to bring about a variety of positive changes, thus may be used to treat a variety of skin concerns.
AGEING
Collagen and Elastin is stimulated, skin is rejuvenated and cell renewal accelerated, resulting in hydration, the smoothing of fine line and wrinkles. Led improves the tone, texture and overall vitality of the skin leaving it with a bright, beautiful glow.
ACNE / BLEMISH PRONE
Bacteria on the skin is destroyed without irritation. The skin’s natural healing process is accelerated. Swelling is reduced, improving skin clarity and there is a reduction in post inflammatory pigmentation.
REDNESS / SENSITIVITY
Swelling and irritation is reduced, the skin is strengthened and repaired by an accelerated healing response. Led calms the skin, reducing redness and inflammation in the tissues, resulting in less redness.
CONCLUSION
Led light therapy is an overall great treatment for optimum skin health. Results can be seen after just one treatment however, we recommend that if you are targeting a specific skin concern, a course of treatments is advisable as the light therapy has a cumulative effect on the skin.

Bio Therapeutic Micro-Current Face Treatment
Micro-current
Micro-current is a low intensity, subsensory current. It mirrors the body’s own electrical current and has a cumulative result on this skin. For this reason, we recommend a course be taken for optimum results.
Benefits of Micro-current include:
- Muscle re-education for improved tone and firmness
- An increase of Elastin fibres by up to 45%

- Helps to diminish fine line and wrinkles
An inclusive face treatment focusing on the re-education of the muscles of the face and neck with micro-current to improve firmness and skin tone followed by rejuvenation of skin tissues. (This treatment does not include LED light therapy).
For optimum results, a course of either 6 or 12 treatments is recommended (depending upon age and skin concern) over a 3-6 week period, followed by monthly maintenance treatments.
The BT Micro Ultra Sonic Blade
A professional hand-held device that can help elevate your skin treatments to the next level.
The device uses ultrasonic current combining exfoliation with micro current capabilities. This results in a fresher, smoother skin perfectly prepped for deeper product penetration whether that be serums, masques or moisturisers. The BT Micro is also effective in the assisted removal of blocked pores.
The BT Micro is usually used in all of our skin services subject to a contra-indication check.
